had them come out and see if they could repair my chimney flu. Guy looked at it and said he would get back to me with an estimate next day. Never did. Called then and i guess it was the owner who said they would get back to me. Next day i call again. Same story. Same guy said they would get back to me. I then asked «you keep saying that but no one has». He then started yelling at me basically saying to get lost. Really? It’s amazing that people are in the customer service business but do no service. Sad.
