I knew when I signed the lease that I was responsible for my stuff. But what I didn’t realize, and should’ve known better about, was that it was not a climate controlled facillity. Trust me on this, pay the extra bucks somewhere else and get a unit that comes with this. Two years later, and all the money I piad out (almost $ 2000) is money that I threw out, since 80% of my stuff had to be tossed due to extreme mold. The office told us it is not their fault (which I knew), but they would have a maintenance person check it out, in case of leaks. Nice!
