Popeye’s Kitchen

The worst customer service ever, the lady who takes the orders in the drive thru was really rude to me and for my surprise she was the manager. I guess they forgot that is a business that goes hand by hand with customer satisfaction. I’M NEVER COMING BACK.

I as soon as I arrived to check out drive thru they told me to move up cause they don’t have any fries ready this is ridiculous to top it off they tell me to move up because of the timer. For a fast food restaurant I shouldn’t have to wait no more then 2 mins for my food. Specially if there’s no lines. Yes I’m upset!

Great if you don’t mind crack addicts in the parking lot harassing people.

Okay, here it is
I never write review for fast food, specially for Popeyes Chicken. lol
But this is just too weird and funny, I just like to share with you all
When I first went to this place, it was in the afternoon, after I placed my orders, the manager handed me the receipt, pointed at the receipt that is a 800 number for the Popeyes store survey, and he was asking and begging me to ‘please call’ and do the survey for his store.
I NEVER had a restaurant manager begging me to call for a survey before, he sounded very desperate, so I told him I would.
After I finished my lunch there, I went to my car, and there is this homeless crazy black woman standing by my car, and she kept saying «hello»? «excuse me»? «hellooooo…O»?
I was trying to be nice, so I ignored her and continue getting to start my car (Yes, I was being nice by ignoring her) lol
She kept on and on saying «Hello? Yu o? Hey? Excuse me? Heeelo? and finally she touch my car widow, now she is pissing me off. I opened my door, jump out my car and scream at her asking «WTF DO YOU WANT»?? «WTF IS YOUR PROBLEM?
Her response: Do you have a quarter?
I goes: What? All these for a quarter? NO, get out of my face! (I know I’m an a**. lol
Tonight I went there again, but this time is night time, and I was running late, so I went to the drive through, back of the drive through, I saw a man standing by the intercom. I’m thinking oh great, now what, luckily is a car infront of me, so I roll my window down a little bit and listen to what he was asking people, but I can’t hear him clearly
Now is my turn pulling up by the intercom, I already decide if this guy touch my car, I’m kicking his ass. lol
I pulled up, he goes «can you buy me some smashed potatoes»?
Huh? :-/​. lol
Honestly, I have no problem buying people food, I understand some homeless asking for money because they’re going to use it for drugs, smoke or something stupid, but I have no problem giving food, I know they are really hungry
While I was still ordering my food by the Popeye’s drive through intercom, I saw a old woman walked infront of my car and to the guy, and the way she dressed, she look a like a street hooker, and she handed this guy some money and a smoke, and she walked away, he turned to me again: So… can you buy me some smashed potatoes?
I’m like WTF?
What is wrong with you man? lol
I love Popeye’s Fried Chicken, but this location is just not good at all, management and the Popeye’s cooperation needs to seriously look at this matter, and the only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is…
1. I love Popeye’s Fried Chicken
2. I never had a restaurant manager begging me to call for survey
3. This is the only restaurant I ever been seeing many funny people, is like I don’t need Fried Chicken, I need some popcorn. lol
Well, sadly I won’t be back, I’m afraid my next visit, I really going to hurt one of these crazy people
