We were very pleased with the quality of the windows and installation. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked neatly and diligently to complete the installation of 36 windows plus a sliding door all in one day. The crew worked very efficiently and the quality and cleanliness of the installation was impressive. The team prepared each area before installation and cleaned up exceptionally afterward. All the old windows were removed and hauled away with all the junk, leaving minimal clean up inside for us. Highly recommend.

I do not and never will support a company that shows up at my door at 7:30 at night month after month claiming that they are doing work in the neighborhood and want to leave a flyer. I have called them on numerous occasions to ask them not to come to my home. I have a lot of elderly and disable neighbors who have a hard time getting up to answer the door. Pinnacle could be a very nice company for all I know, but this coming to my door is a real turn-​off!
