It was very easy to find tires and book an appointment online! Got there and everyone was very friendly and honest, I will definitely be back!!!

Second time I went to NTB, and was turned away, because they didn’t have time to service me. It was 6pm on a Tuesday night, and they were open till 8pm. Told guy at the counter, that I had bought my tires here, 58,000 miles ago, and I have a slow leak, I was hoping to get fixed. This is when I realized he didn’t hear a word I said, he just says«we wont have time to look at it tonight, would you like to set an appointment?» The 1st time I was turned away was for a brake inspection. Same reason, not enough time. I ended up buying new brakes, pads and rotors, the next week, at another establishment, and spent close to 1K. «not enough time» keeps running through my mind. On the tires, I had another company fix the leak, and gave me a quote on new tires, and an estimate, on how many miles mine had left. Open a business, but turn business away seems like the worst. Thought I’d share.

They pick and choose which customer’s they help first. They are very unorganized, inefficient with down time, and often seem like nobody is in charge. They always have an excuse and somebody else to blame for what took so long/why they didn’t follow up sooner/why they cant remember why the car was there in the first place.
