Krauszer’s Food Store & Deli

This store is not very reliable since they hardly ever stay open according to their advertised hours of operation. Being a resident in this neighborhood, I have been let down 4 times now that I can remember. I look online to see when they are closing on any given day, and when I walk over I find they are gone or inside with the doors locked anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes early. If a new store is already this inconsistent, they will not last in this neighborhood. Especially with a ⁷⁄₁₁ opening right around the corner. Until the ⁷⁄₁₁ opens, I will stock up on goods elsewhere.
Furthermore, even the products they carry are inconsistent. The chicken is really good, but do they have it when you go in??? Hit or miss, so why bother walking over to find out. Same goes for the rest of the food on the menu.

Located around the corner from Prudential Center, this Krauszer’s on Market Street opened a few months ago. It’s relatively still new, but I think management has worked out most of the kinks of the operation at this point. It’s a good Krauszer’s — clean, not cramped, lots of stock in the fridge cases and on the shelves.
The people in the store are nice, as well. The guys making sandwiches behind the counter do a good job, plus they recently started selling Krispy Krunchy Chicken. I haven’t been disappointed any time I’ve ordered from the deli or gotten a 2-​piece and a biscuit. If you are around the area and need to hit up a convenience store, this Krauszer’s will do the job for you.
