We bought curtains here and the service met our expectations.
But we had to order our curtains and were told that they would arrive «by the end of the week.»
That was 9÷21÷14. It is now 10÷18÷14.
About a week after our visit we received a letter from JCPenney stating that we should expect our Black Out curtains sometime after 9÷25÷14. Today I went online and the curtains are on back order but it still states that it should be shipped 9÷25÷14. This prompted me to call JCPenney.
The JCPenney representative states that in reality our Black Out curtains will not be shipped until after 11÷21÷14 and I should expect to receive them by 12÷2÷14.
I will not be shocked when JCPenney fails as a company. This is not my first complaint against JCPenney and unless they change service dramatically, why would anyone want to buy from them when they have a multitude of other department store options?
