Food, drinks, service, FUN!!! Awesome seafood, steaks, chops!!! The atmosphere is cool, no matter the time of day. The scene changes. Friday nights turns into a club type place! I have NEVER had a bad time!

More than a diner and great food was not my experience — we had a large dinner party of 20 people. Service was ok but the food was served very cold. Not what I was expecting since I read the reviews before making my decision to patronize the Hot Spot which should be renamed the Cold Spot.

Awesome place near the Newark airport, and MUCH cheaper and better than crappy overpriced hotel food. Food was great, service attentive and friendly, fun atmosphere. The scallop appetizer was *really* good. Reasonable prices too.

Great food great atmosphere, plenty of parking and salsa dancing every third sunday of the month from 5 to 10 pm… that’s what i like mixed older mature crowd toooo. v I’ll be celebrating my birthday there on the 22nd of July God willing…

Place is not just a diner has a decent open area for summer time fun. Place seems to caters to larger dinner parties. I was there with about twenty people.
Service was slow. Food did not come out all at once. You had to keep reminding waiter to bring more pitchers of Sangria (which was not very strong).
Being Cuban I’m pretty critical on the way Spanish food should taste. The food has a long way to go to meet Newark standards.
This is my 3rd time here in 2 years.

Nice restaurant. From what I understand they have live music on certain days of the week. The food is reasonably priced but unfortunately I got sick.
I ordered the fish with eggs breakfast. I was turned off by the fact that they deep fried the fish. What!!! For breakfast??? Not a good idea.
