Would NOT RECOMMEND. Asked for a simple clean up Bc I like the natural shape of my eyebrows but got thin uneven brows that have to be filled in till they grow back. They dont listen to their customers and the price is high fie threading

HORRIBLE service. Went to get my eyebrows threaded. I get there and there is one woman in the chair that is about finished and one woman waiting. The employee tells me «come back in 20 minutes.» I come back 18 minutes later and she has two completely different women there. The employee finishes up with the woman in the chair, and then takes the other woman waiting without as much as a glance in my direction. Extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. I left and went to Venetian nails instead. $ 8 and 5 minutes later and I have gorgeous brows… at no thanks to this establishment. Will NEVER be going back. And will be telling everyone I know. Don’t waste your time going here.

Ask for Rabi. She’s amazing, and does an exceptional job. Both I, and my girlfriend see her every two to three weeks. Highly recommend!

I went –for the first time– with my wife this morning to have a full facial threading for her. We were served by Rabi, an Indian young lady. My wife wasn’t happy because of several reasons:
1– The shop in a kiosk, small shop in the mall hallway.
2– The threading was in rush and not accurate. We told her, please be slowly. She was like «Are you telling me how I do my job!»
3– Small hairs still in my wife’s face. Rabi was saying «I can’t remove it with this thread!»
4– The lady has a harsh attitude and didn’t like us commenting on her work. She was like «I’m the expert, what do you want!»
For sure, we will never go back.

I definitely recommend Rabi. I’ve had one other woman do my brows there, and my only request each time is to clean up my brows and keep the shape. I hate thin brows and I’m always paranoid they’re going to remove too much. The one other lady I had (not sure of her name) went a little to thin for my liking. The second time I had Rabi, and I made sure to ask for her schedule so I would know when to come. She’s friendly and does a really good job.
Now, I go there almost every 2 weeks. Super convenient since I’m always at the mall. It’s a bit awkward, though, when people you know pass by and stop to watch… which is bound to happen, it’s DE.

I used to highly dislike this place due to one bad experience two years ago. Today I decided to give them another chance. The lady that did my eyebrows did a good job and had a good attitude. My previous experience I was beyond angry they messed up my eyebrows and were beyond rude. They really redeemed themselves, and I hope my experiences remain positive. If not, I will be Unilocaling.

I was impressed at how fast and accurate they are with threading. I highly recommend!

Avoid at all costs. The girl who did my eyebrows was talking with her co-​worker during the threading process with the thread in her mouth, and made one of my eyebrows completely crooked. When I pointed it out to her, she said she did it on purpose since whoever had done my eyebrows earlier had messed it up. WRONG — I had well shaped eyebrows before and now I have two dissimilar ugly ones that are so noticeable that people point it out. On top of that they charge you 12 $ for a terrible job. I have been getting eyebrows threaded monthly for more than 10 years now and this was the worst experience.
