One of the best gyms in the state. Great instructors, clean and modern equipment, good membership prices. Highly recommended.

The sound levels here average between 90 – 100 decibels. Not exactly what I’m after when I have been at work all day. They need to shut the aerobics door. Stupid instructors crank the music to ridiculous levels n leave doors open. Hearing damage starts after 30 mins at these levels. Would b a good gym if they fixed this.
