The office staff here is so disorganized and rude. I was called to the window no less than 5 times for various forms. Then I had to fight with the receptionist when she claimed they didn’t have my test results (they did) the office staff complained loudly about patients and callers on the phone. I had to wait for the doctor to get off the phone with his wife who, judging by his end of the convo wanted antibiotics for her mother that the doctor felt were unneeded but called them in anyway. My next appt is at a different location I certainly hope it’s better.
