Nice accommodations at a reasonable rate; also included a simple but good breakfast with waffles you make yourself. Booked our stay via orbits by way of ebates making it an even better deal! Quiet and clean in a nice area — several chain restaurants nearby as well as local restaurants and shops including grocery stores. We will definitely stay again.

The place is what you’d expect from a lower tier hotel, but just a little bit more rundown; peeled paint and stains to be precise. The service was friendly and the location is convenient; close to 95, and a mall.

This time our stay was not so pleasant. No TV or Internet. for 2 ½ days was frustrating but they made it right by discounting our room. Ben Cummins, manager, and his staff do a nice job making sure your stay is comfortable

One word… AWFUL! When we arrived to our room after a long drive from VB, we were welcomed with a poop stained bathroom and an odorous carpet. I literally wanted to vomit. We just walked next door to the other hotel and had a MUCH better experiece. Do not let the free cookies fool you! Do NOT go here!

I stayed at Country Inn & Suites for one night. Room was comfortable enough. No restaurant attached. It would have been nice to get a glass of wine or sake after a long trip. There was one within walking distance. Inexpensive enough through — so overall it’s an ok.

I was there for about 2 weeks for work. In my room the carpet in front of the ac unit was wet and I didn’t think nothing of it. I used the ac like most people do, and a week into it, I started getting sick, so I took off work, because it started getting bad. 3 days later I couldn’t eat, sleep, or keep anything down. So I finally went to the Dr. After 3 IVs of saleen, one IV of antibiotics, a chest xray, and them telling me I wouldn’t have made it through the next night if I hadn’t have come in when I did. They told me I got a very bad case of pneumonia from the mold and mildew from the carpet and ac unit. I told the hotel about it and they changed rooms for me, but the damage was done. I will be going back to Delaware in December for a few weeks, but I’m not staying there.

I was there for 3 nights while in town to visit friends. I paid through and then the company charged me AGAIN for the reservation, even though they acknowledged that it was pre-paid at check-in! Spent half an hour on the phone and it was a «mix-up» so no I have to cancel my card due to the unscrupulous business practices of this place!

I stayed at the Country Inn for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The cleaning service was good, the staff at the front desk was very professional and friendly and the breakfast was surprisingly tasty. It is clearly a step up from the Days Inn and less expensive than the Hilton Hotel, both of which are nearby. I would highly recommend it.

Just spent two nights here and was pleasantly surprised after reading many poor reviews. Booked thru Hot Wire for $ 67 a night. Hotel is under new management. Basic help yourself breakfeast eg coffee, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit etc. Overall good value. I would have given it one more star but the carpets need replacing. Beds are very comfortable

Place needs to be fixed up a bit. The hot breakfast was terrible. The fresh fruit was nice. They have no ATM and no little shop. If you don’t have cash, you have to go outside for a bottle of water.

I’ve stayed at the Country Inn twice, and really liked it both times. It’s definitely not fancy, but it’s clean and really comfortable, the people working the desk are nice, and it’s close to Delaware Park Racetrack. We stayed there this past weekend, and it was great. The only thing I wish they would change is their shower curtain– it is a really narrow shower. And they were a little skimpy on the towels. But the huge king bed was great, and there is plenty of free parking. They even have a small fitness room, and a free continental breakfast until 10:30am on the weekends. The reason this doesn’t get 5 stars from me is because I wanted to book through their website, and it was insanely expensive. They had something listed on the Country Inn site saying they guaranteed they had the lowest prices(and they definitely did not) but in order to get the lowest possible rate I had to book through their site at the higher rate, then send in a claim– why would I do that when I can just go book through Expedia???
