Took one star away for service. The girl was quite rude, too busy talking to her co-​workers and texting on her phone. But that’s a small price to pay for cheap and fast dry cleaning!

Very dissatisfied with their service. They are extremely rude and my garments did NOT get clean. The ones that they ‘cleaned’ were not, the ones that ‘could not’ be cleaned, very basic garments, set me back a day as I needed them for an event. They lied when confronted about the situation. I will NEVER go there again. EVER! It’s worth the extra few dollars to not waste time. They must just Febreze items. Ridiculous!

I brought in my coat. It had a few stains in it. I pointed it out to the clerk. He looked at me like I had 3 heads for even mentioning it. I came back, 5 days later. They lost my coat. I was incredulous, how is that even possible? I had to stand there, watch the guy go through every piece of clothing in the whole store and when I spotted my coat I screamed and pointed. He gave it to me and as I left I wondered what was stopping me from pointing at any coat and claiming it? Oh and the stains? STILL THERE!

It is true, you get what you pay for. I stopped bringing my sweaters, they didn’t dry clean them correctly. Sweater had a heat stain, you can see the imprints. I figured my shirts would be ok, but NO! Found a watermark stain on my sleeve. I’ve had it, lines too long, crappy service. Don’t bring your good clothes here, save it for a real dry cleaner.

AVOID this place like the plague! It’s no deal if they do a crappy job. TWICE they lost buttons and wouldn’t have told me if I didn’t inspect the items right there. Thought I’d give them one last chance with a button-​free dress that I needed for a special event, and they hadn’t done it after 5 days! Idiots! I had no time to go elsewhere and ended up having to buy a home drycleaning kit! Pay a few more bucks for a real dry cleaner.

You get what you pay for: unbeatable prices for unfathomably slothful service. I genuinely believe the cashiers check their Facebook before calling «next!» Your clothes will be ready the same day if you drop off before 9, but don’t expect high end quality cleaning. This place is plain awful. If you have the time and money to find a better place, please do so!

Quick service, good price and my garments came out pretty clean for the price. And I like that its close to my apartment ;-). This place is «A-​OK».
