Once Owen the Customer Care got involved, the progress of the project stayed fully on track. The final product is a absolute fantastic pool area, better than expected. The work is high quality with high quality components. The landscaper did the landscaping and the EP Henry retaining wall was the best as was the decking crew who did the complete job in only 4 hours! Expect longer time than you would think to calibrate your expectations as every step is a building block on the next and often cannot be done in parallel unfortunately. All the construction cleanup was done in a first class way by the landscaper who gave great attention to detail and that was greatly appreciated. In the final assessment, I would recommend Anthony & Sylvan as they did come through in the end with flying colors.
