Poor customer service. I came in to request my mother’s films after they gave her the run around. Receptionist with a power trip is combative when you ask to speak with her manager, telling you to wait 15 minutes for him until he gets off the phone even though he just hung up with her. Manager Mike confirms that yes she has a right to the film but insists the doctor should be just fine with a CD of the images even though manager is not a doctor and the real doctor has requested the films. And that he was nice enough to give us a CD for free… But would have to charge us about $ 50 for the films since there is so many. Very unprofessional and unethical experience. Do not recommend.
