Fantastic choice! I found Don on the Central Ohio BBB site. I had called another local carpet cleaner, but they NEVER returned my call. Don was wonderful. I called once for a quote and then called back when I realized I wanted to support local business and that he was courteous in quoting. I made the appointment for the following week, and what we paid was what he quoted. I could not be there for the cleaning, but family was and said Don went above and beyond the call of duty. We had some difficult areas and Don took care of them wonderfully! I will be recommending him all over the place!
