This is absolutely the best plastic surgeon I’ve ever had. I had a hypertrophic scar from a previous surgery that bothered me and went to Dr. Sterry to fix it. I went to a couple consultations for this procedure and ended up choosing Dr. Sterry because he seemed the most knowledgable about the procedure and also offered the least invasive surgery to repair it.
The office staff is wonderful and always very friendly, and I’ve never had to wait to be seen for my appointments, Dr. Sterry is always on time. After my procedure Dr. Sterry saw me almost every month to check on my progress and take a photo of the scar to document how it was healing. My body seems to make excess collagen in the scar area, and after six months Dr. Sterry wasn’t happy with how my body was forming a new scar and he decided to repeat the procedure. He is a perfectionist and really cares about how his work looks, and I think this is one of the best qualities you can find in a plastic surgeon. He’s very nice and funny and always makes me feel comfortable, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon.

From my first consultation, Dr. Sterry demonstrates a sense of knowledge and experience. He truly listens to what you want to accomplish and presents the options best for you. He is honest, empathetic and realistic. and that sincerity comes through in all interactions with him. His staff is equally pleasant, knowledgabel and have excellent «bedside» manner.
I had two procedures with Dr. Sterry over the past 3 years and the outcomes were exactly as discussed. I am thrilled with the results! I have referred other patients to him and will continue to do as. I think he is an excellent surgeon and highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed and you will likely have a new resource and friend going forward.

Dr. Sterry is the absolute best. I only see him for Botox right now but I’m sure I will be adding other services to the list as I inevitably age. I am VERY particular and I can’t believe I actually used to bounce around on Botox LifeBooker deals. So scary! No one else will touch my face ever, he is always spot on with my Botox, never does too much, always just the perfect amount. It seems to last a while too, I usually go two to three times a year.
Dr. Sterry is super patient, attentive, and has a great bedside manner. He always makes sure he is on the same page as you before injecting to make sure you get the exact results you want. It’s always a pleasure to see him and his staff. They keep great hours so I can usually swing by either before or after work.
Be sure to sign up for the office email list because they sometimes offer specials on injections and who doesn’t love that!
#1 place for Botox don’t bother going anywhere else.

I was very impressed when I met Dr. Sterry during my Smartlipo on my upper arms consult and have continued to be more impressed as we’ve worked together. Not just a skilled surgeon, he is a super nice guy with a great bedside manner. He’s a straight shooter who won’t promise things he can’t deliver. His staff members are uniformly excellent. Professional but not cold or distant. Just really nice people. I’m sure as I age there will be more things I’ll want to improve on, and at this point, I can’t imagine going to anyone else!

I agree with the other reviewer. He has a very good, un-​rushed manner. Consultations are one full hour. The staff are also very relaxed and calm. I’m extremely nervous about my procedure, but I feel as though I will be in good hands. His fee was almost double the fee quote I received from another surgeon in the same general location (UES) but I feel much more secure with Dr. Sterry – he provided good explanations for certain aspects of the surgery – so I feel very confident.
