Great hotel room, very clean and the pillows are very comfy. Staff is very friendly. The reason I gave it three stars is because the walls and floors are paper thin. I could hear every step taken in the room above, the people next door moving around, and the elevator 15 ft from the door to the room. I could still hear all of this with the a/c on and the tv on. Also, my room did not have a bathtub, just a shower. I was looking forward to a bath after driving 10 hours :(

Close to Stewart international airport and fairly clean room. The only downer is the walls/floors. I had to call the front desk several times to get the room above me to be quiet. When I called the front desk they said that they would call but there was nothing they can do, I asked to switch rooms and they said that there were no rooms available…

This is the place to stay. Clean rooms, polite and helpful staff, full breakfast and comfortable facilities. We stayed here for our son’s West Point graduation and it was perfect. I wish we had discovered it earlier.

We absolutely loved our stay, & were surprised by how big the rooms were. Fair price for what you get, would be great for an extended stay! My husband took one star away, because the TVs are outdated.

What a great experience! Awsome room and amenities, full size blow dryer. Housekeeping is outstanding. Customer service is tops, real breakfast and dinner, free beer and wine When you call for the shuttle, they arrive by the time you hang up the phone.

Nice motel, a little pricey, but I think that was due to graduations nearbye

Took a shot and booked a stay here during one of my numerous trips downstate post Hurricane Sandy. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the quality & level of amenities included with our stay. If i were travelling back in this neck of the woods I would definitely book a return stay!

Good hotel with large suites that are very well appointed. The location is very convenient to the airport and the highway so its easy to get around when you are here. They also have a very nice courtyard area with tables and grills which are a nice touch for a hotel.

I love Hilton hotels, & this one doesn’t disappoint me ever. Rooms have a kitchenette… very helpful! Does allow dogs(w/non-refundable $ 200 deposit) & I ALWAYS refrain from these, as there’s ALWAYS«evidence» dogs have been around… but w/this place, you can’t tell! Every time I check in. ALWAYS clean! Also note. M-TH, they offer a complimentary buffet dinner! How nice is that?

This is a newer property and is well maintained. Some of the ads for this place say that it is just 2 blocks from the airport — this is not so. The hotel is at least .5 mile from the hotel and I don’t think there are sidewalks the entire distance. Fortunately, there is a shuttle. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, definitely in a safe area. Nothing within easy walking distance, so plan to order in. Not all of the rooms have tubs– surprise! would stay here again.

This is my home for three weeks. Can I still tell people I’m homeless? In transition sounds more appropriate but«in transition» sounds like I’m getting some unexpected work done or at least sounds very clinical. I have a dishwasher and a full refrigerator including plates cooking utensils and a stove. I’m pretty excited to go grocery shopping! The room is very nice. I hate down pillows. I’d like to not peel my eyes open in the morning. This is an every hotel issue though. I told them I don’t need a newspaper as I read everything online(trying to save paper). The next day no paper. The day after paper. I had a down comforter. They were out of alternatives. Epic fail! I explained to them I am allergic to down feathers. Apparently it was too complicated for them. THey put it in the log book to take care of the following night. The following night I reminded them I needed an extra blanket. The day after that, they remade my bed with the down comforter!!! I went to the front desk in person to remind them I’m allergic and need the down out of my room. It has been taken care of so far, but we will see what happens when they change my linens in three days. One interesting thing I found… The closet is nice, stocked with hangers, ironing supplies and other items you would expect. The doors slide but can only overlap. So the doors are either completely closed. Or at most the opening to the closet is as wide as one door – about 15 inches. This isn’t so much a problem as it is extremely awkward when you are trying to look at your clothes or hang something up or get something out or anything not directly related to the doors remaining fully closed. Oh well. It has everything I could want-kitchen fitness center free breakfast free appetizers and drinks in the evening(I need to verify this one) pool & spa(I knew I forgot something) non feather pillows(you just have to dig to figure out which is which). It should be a fun transition home for the next 19 nights.
