Highland Ophthalmology has been providing me with excellent eyecare over the past ten years.
Eye specialists, doctors and staff of this eyecare center have always been caring and courteous. I have received regular eye exams and several diagnoses from a number specialists here and they have all proven to be equally professional.

We’ve used Highland Opthalmology since we moved to the New Windsor area. They are a top-​notch group of eye doctors and opticians. Their new facility is great, and they use all the latest equipment. Manny the optician is also outstanding — always helpful and patient.

Great place, nice staff… front desk ladies are very nice. Dr. Powell was fantastic and Manny who helps with the glasses is #…the nicest guy ever. My whole family went in one Saturday and they took very good care of us!!! The eyeglass selection is huge and very nice ones! I highly recommend this practice.
