I live almost an hour away from New Windsor, but I bring my car to Craig when it needs to be serviced. The quality of his work is great and he does not try to up-​sell repairs that are not needed.

The most dishonest place ever. Needed brakes and new tire was told I only had to get brakes NOT rotors, truly they are the professional so of course I went with it, wrong and after $$$$$ later my car drove like a truck. Then they broke a tire sensor and zip tied it and left it loose in the wheel well of the tire which made a loud noise every time I drove. Bottom line I had to bring the car to the dealer and pay an additional $ 1,300 to fix the horrible job the Craig and his incompetent mechanics did. Spoke with Craig, faxes him my receipts for all the $$$ I put out and NEVER received a peen your a call back… Bad business Craig
