The actual course and paintball games were fun but the manager and ref«Chris» were so excessively rude, ignorant and disrespectful to their customers that it really makes it hard to ever recommend giving them your money for a decent paintball course. After being screamed/spat at by the manager, who by the way was wearing a old dirty t-shirt and ripped jeans and cursing at me while claiming«he’s been in the customer service business for 30 years and knows everything you should know about treating customers,» we were told to «get the fxck off his property.» This was after bringing to his attention the mistreatment that was directed to us by one of his teenage employees who was rude to multiple members of our group as well as other strangers we were playing with. One of our group members asked the ref to be more polite, which then set off the ref who puffed out his chest and said«are you serious bro!» Each incidence where«Chris» was blatantly being rude was witnessed by multiple people. The said staff member insisted on calling the manager to settle the manner, since he believed it couldn’t be handled on his own. Once the manager arrived and the situation was explained, he then proceeded to approach one of our group members in fighting stance and threatened to «kick his ass» after the said group member claimed the incident was«handled poorly on all ends» in a completely calm and respectful manner. Not exactly sure where this guy or the staff member learned their manners or how to treat paying CUSTOMERS but this guy definitely does NOT deserve your patronage. Seriously, go spend your money somewhere where they respect their customers and want you to feel welcome and to enjoy yourself. You don’t want to give this poor excuse of a disgraceful man your money. No respect. at. all.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. At first, our group was having a blast. The second game, the ref, who was about 14 years old, had an awful attitude about everything. Other people who were playing were complaining that the ref was obnoxious, so it clearly wasn’t just us. After the third game, some sweat/dirt rolled into my eye from my eyebrow after I was out, so I walked a safe distance from the playing area lifted my mask, wiped my eye out, and put my mask back on. The ref screamed at me yelling«keep your mask on are you serious?!» I understand that I was wrong for taking my mask off. However, I expect to be treated, especially by a young teenage boy, with some respect. I said to him«you can ask nicely. There’s no reason to be disrespectful. I won’t take it off again.» He took an aggressive posture with his arms out and yelled«are you serious right now?!» I said«yeah I’m serious you should really be more polite to customers. I made a mistake, this is the first time I took it of. All I asked you to do is to be more polite.» He kept throwing his arms to his side and puffing his chest out and kept repeating«are you serious?! Are you serious right now?!» And proceeded to threaten to call his manager, to which I said«ok if you really want to call the manager, call him. I know that your manager doesn’t teach you to be disrespectful. He called his manager, and we walked down after the game ended. While waiting for the manager to arrive, he told two of the young girls who work there that I was arguing with him and that I «started it.» The manager came in after about 10 minutes, and I tried to explain to him that this was not an issue, but his employee was being rude to me and to other customers, who had told me they would back my story up if need be. He then just began repeating«it’s a safety issue, you need to have your mask on. It’s a safety issue. Settles you have to yell.» I said«I understand that I messed up by taking the mask off. That is not what the problem is. The problem is that I, a paying customer, was disrespected. It was the first time that I took the mask off. The ref should have just asked me nicely since it was the first time it happened. If I kept doing it, then by all means yell, or even kick me out.» The manager told me «this is my best ref, so I’m siding with him.» I said«ok that’s fine. But this has been handled very poorly by everybody.» And he replied«by who? Who handled it poorly?» I said«everybody. Me, your ref, and on your end.» He reacted as if I spit on his face. He started screaming«I’ve been in customer service for 30 years. Who the fu&k do you think you’re taking to? I don’t care who the f@&k you are, I’ll kick your fu$king a$$. He started to com out from behind the counter yelling«you want to fight somebody?! Fight me!» I said«I don’t want to fight.» He yelled«get the fu&k out of here this is private fu@king property.» I said«ok refund my money and I’ll go.» He screamed«get your sh! t and get out of here you ain’t getting your money back.» I said fine, I’m here with a group, we have to leave together. A few minutes later they came down with the rest of the players, and I went in to return my mask, and he said«oh you can keep playing» like nothing happened. I said«are you serious sir? You literally threatened to kick my a$$ not 5 minutes ago, now that everybody is down here you want to act like nothing happened?» And he said«you’re a fu&king drama queen. Get the fu@k out of here.» I said«ok give me my money back and I’ll go.» He told the young girl at the register«give him his fu@king ten bucks.» She gave me the money, and we all left. If you do go here, understand that you will be treated disrespectfully, and there will be nothing you can do about it. The manager is a poor excuse for a business man, to be put nicely. I’ve never been treated like this by anybody at a business, especially by multiple people. I also asked if they had a discount for veterans when we got there, and he kept questioning me and asked«are you a veteran or one of those weekend warrior pu$$ies.» I paused to process the nonsense that just leaked out of his mouth, and said«no I’m not a reservist I was active duty.» Reservists serve the country as well as active duty personnel. So not only is this guy a disrespectful oaf, he is completely ignorant. AVOIDTHISNIGHTMAREOF A BUSINESS.
