Son in Law and Daughter bought me a chimney cleaning for Christmas! Had no prior knowledge of the work but was very happy they chose this company! A full check over of my roof was done for any problems even not related to the chimney which was a nice addition as I cannot get on the roof! Area was well covered and cleaning was excellent. My interior was even measured for me so I could order a proper grate for the inside! Would highly recommend this company !

I had an issue with my chimney cap in summer 2013. I called and Kevin said he would be able to fix my cap for the cost of $ 150. I paid him to get the job done. He said that what he did«should take care of the problem» although by his professional opinion my homes chimney cap was not up to code! I asked what that would cost and he said he didn’t know for sure without taking measurements but it would be in the range of $ 1,500. I asked for an appropriate estimate and he said he would get back to me after he got all the measurements. After a week I contacted him again because I did not get the estimate as promised and then he said he had thought he sent it to me and that he would get that to me. It is now April 2014 and no I never got that estimate and since I thought the job was«taken care of» I didn’t harp on it. In the last month there have a couple of windy storms and now I have a leak in my chimney and although«it was taken» care of it really wasn’t. I should not be experiencing issues in less than a year of getting my chimney«fixed»!

All Season Chimney, Inc. was hired to inspect an external chimney for a house I am in the midst of purchasing. The company arrived after dark an hour after their latest promised time, with limited equipment and rushed through an inspection using a flashlight(not a flood light) and camera phone to document the condition of the chimney. When the three men crew finished with their«chimney level 1 inspection» Kevin Fox told me(in front of the current owner, his wife and my wife) that the chimney would need to be braced. They did not mark anything on their inspection sheet specifying where damage or repair needs where on the chimney. When asked what the price range was on such work, the lead person Kevin Fox said to me that he would send his boss the pictures and I would receive an email estimate on the following Monday. He was not the boss and would have someone get back to me with the estimate. I paid $ 90 cash and received a receipt stating so. After two business days, I had not been contacted by All Season. I called and asked when I would have an estimate, the woman who picked up the phone(Karen) said that she had no idea about it. She said that she would call the boss and I will receive either a phone call from her or the email that was promised. I didn’t receive either. I called back the following day to find out what was going on, again Karen said she had no idea and dint know what was going on. Later that same day, Karen left a message on my voice mail stating that she had two price quotes — one for bracing the chimney the other for total replacement. She said she would be sending me an email later that day. I received the email the next morning which was four days later than promised and there was one estimate and it was for total replacement for $ 9,725.84. I called immediately and was now told they do not offer bracing services. When I asked why I was told so in person post inspection the secretary could not explain. After much discussion it came to light that the lead person Kevin F. was in fact the owner of the company and should have been able to give an estimated quote. I asked for Kevin to call me immediately. Kevin called and denied ever telling me their company could offer such services. He was rude and insulting over the phone, actually ignoring my questions and laughing inappropriately. He kept asking if I would be sending in a deposit for the replacement of the chimney. He took my money, treated me like a dog and I didn’t receive the service I was promised
