Amazing. So good. Best pizza in New Smyrna Beach and there is a lot to choose from. The staff is so friendly. Everything always tastes so good and fresh. From take out to dining in. Neat little hole in the wall you would never expect what it is when you actually go in. I won’t order pizza from anywhere else since having pizza from here. The grandmas pizza is off the chain.

So there is this show my wife watches, Dancing with the Stars. I am the grumpy old judge in the middle scoring the dance a 7 when the others give it a 9. But if I could I would give this place 6 stars. We have been there twice now. The service is excellent the wine list is impressive and the food is fantastic. One our first visit we had pizza crisp thin crust fresh toppings an piping hot. Yum! Honestly when we showed up we thought it was pizza joint and that was what we came for but while we ate we saw all these tempting dishes go by. So we went back my wife had the lamb chop special. The portion was generous and cooked to perfection. I had the chiapino(sp?) it was go good I am having a foodgasim just thinking about it. So tonight we went another place that was terrible. I wish we had come back here.

Baci was recommended to us by a couple originally from Brooklyn, NY as one of the best Italian restaurants they’ve come across in NSB. My husband and I tried it out the following day, and we were not disappointed. My husband had the Gramma Pizza(Margherita) and I ended up eating half of his slice. It was crisp, yet chewy and so delicious. I tried the cheese ravioli — it was very good. Rich thick tomatoey sauce and very cheesy. The servers were friendly and attentive. The place is clean and comfortable. We will definitely make this one of our go-to places!

If you try and disagree with an Italian woman on how to cook Italian food then you are goingvto lose. I ordered my pizza to be crispy, it came out very soggy. My friend ordered baked ziti. It was so orange it looked like mac n cheese, seriously. No meat sauce, no meat at all. I asked for the manager and his excuse was well we mix ricotta cheese with the sauce. Baked ziti is red meat sauce and topped with mozzarella. I showed a pic of baked ziti to my server. She agreed with me bc her Mom makes it with meat sauce. I will not be back. The salad we ordered was mostly romaine lettuce very little toppings. All around very disappointed but did offer free dessert. Glad the locals are keeping this place occupied.

Baci was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I had the calzone once before for takeout and it was awesome! We just finished eating dinner and had the Penne a la vodka with shrimp and the Veal Parmesan with linguine. The food was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I’ve grown up in New Smyrna… This is the best Italian in New Smyrna hands down! Reminds me of New York food. Any northerner needing some good Italian. This place is a must! So delicious and the staff is great!

You may ask yourself how can one go from«Unfortunately very disappointing food experience can’t recommend…» Yes that’s my first tip posted several months ago all the way to a four star review. I don’t think my tip was reactive I feel I gave a very fair evaluation based on our first experience here. Whether you attribute that opinion to the newness of the restaurant, the unorganized service, experimenting of the menu by the owner, or bad choices by me I stand by it that was a snap shot at the time. But in a attempt to validate my opinion and in the name of fairness we chose to return in part because I know it’s not unusual for a new start-up to struggle and after driving by many times it was apparent by the number of customers in the off season this place had gathered itself up and is winning over the locals which is no easy task in NSB. We arrived around 8:00PM the parking lot was mostly full but once inside it was«seat yourself» and no waiting and there were several tables open along the front window. We were immediately greeted by our server Chris he was very inviting and has a great personality and proved to be very attentive. The menu is filled with a wide selection of Italian fare so the choice is not an easy one. We decided to start with 10 wings with teriyaki sauce on the side, done crispy, they arrive perfectly cook crispy, crunchy and still moist inside they were nothing less than amazing and I feel they stand up against any in the area. As an entrée we chose a 12″ «wood-fired» pizza, it came out piping hot topped with plenty of our favorite toppings sitting on a perfectly executed thin crust. Table side you’ll find a great selection of seasonings including — red pepper flakes, garlic powder, Italian dried seasoning — salt /pepper and dried Parmesan cheese in a shaker. Needless to say it was more food than we could consume so we had it boxed up to enjoy later. I feel with all the Italian restaurants and pizza restaurants in the area this place has joined the ranks closer to the top than most, of course we will return… often

The Margarita Pizza is GREAT! It’s a small place doing things very well, wood fired pizza that I’d put up against anybody’s. Fresh ingredients and clean! Calzones are huge and very good as well. You won’t be disappointed

This place was ok. Just ok. Disappointing because I really wanted to like it but can’t say that. Bruschetta was too vinegary. Meatball appetizer was way overpriced and tough. I am not sure how you make a meatball tough but they accomplished it. Pizza was just so-so. Much better tasting food just ½ mile away at Tiano’s, and at a much better price. Ok, it beats Stavros. That’s not saying much. But, I am not about to sing the praises of an overpriced, underperforming restaurant.

They got me hook, line and sinker! Seriously great food. Everything is fresh. Wood oven. Broccoli rabe. The house Chianti for $ 5 was delicious. Service was excellent too. We sat at the bar with Carmine, one of the owners. Awesome guy. Made some Italian long hot peppers for us. Really made us feel at home. We also met the other owner Anthony. Super nice guy who’s been cooking all his life. Sicilian. Really knows food. I’ll be back with my ma. Manga!

I’m going to rate this place leniently, as I know it’s brand new. The overall experience was not bad, but there are definitely things they can and should improve upon. Upon arrival, our party of five was quickly seated by a pleasant host. We sat down, and it became apparent that service is quite inefficient, and that the servers are fairly inexperienced. There were a lot of them, but they were mostly milling around, aimlessly lost. They were nice and all, but attentive they were not. We ordered some beers, which were very cheap,(yay!), but the server then informed us that they only have bottled beer, and then that they don’t have any glasses to serve the beer in. I thought this was odd, but maybe it’s just because they’re new? Idk, but that is a faux-pas. Pizza! The pizzas were half delicious sounding, and half weird. Hot dog pizza? Idk. Maybe you have to try it, but I wasn’t that brave. We had a Margherita and a Prosciutto and Arugula, and both were very good. They were also quite expensive, which is a feature I don’t much care for. At $ 4 for an import beer, they could raise it to $ 6 and dampen the punishing blow from their expensive pizzas. It was about $ 45 without the tip for a large pizza, a small pizza, and three beers. This was barely enough food for the five of us. However, the quality of the food was high, and the servers were putting their best foot forward. I will probably return to Baci and give them another try. It’s worth a shot, and the ambience is pretty nice.
