Office manager is very unprofessional. Doctors and nurses are a pleasure but dealing with front desk and office manager Dominique or Terri is a nightmare. I had heard stories about other people’s experiences but always continued to go since I liked the doctors. Eventually got to the point after dealing with the disrespectful unprofessionalism that I changed practices.

I can not say what a breathe of fresh air this place is. Seriously, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the time spent with my children, the thoroughness of the doctors… I am so so so happy with this practice! You are not a number here, you really matter! Thank you to all of the staff for making our transition so easy and comfortable! Dr. Lisa is an angel!

My kids have been patients of Dr. Susan Meisler for nearly 20 years, since she was the most junior doctor in the practice. Even though my kids are 20 and 18, we still go to Dr. Meisler for any medical problem or sickness. I’ve been through every imaginable situation with this practice, from routine immunizations and colds, to Play-​Doh in the ear, to diagnosis of serious chronic medical conditions (Dr. Meisler diagnosed my daughter’s diabetes). The entire practice, from nurses, receptionists, office manager, and all the doctors have always been wonderful, caring, prompt partners in our health. I have learned sooo much from Dr. Meisler, and she is the one I turn to if a medical issue is really challenging. Her advice and support has been a life saver. The office is super-​clean and accommodating. There’s a huge parking lot, and it costs just a dollar or 2 to park. There’s even a coffee shop in the building, which is really convenient for a snack after seeing the doctor. If I was needing a pediatrician today, I would travel from the ends of the earth to see these doctors. They are wonderful.
