Dudley’s Parkview Restaurant

So surprised! Expected it to be cheesy waterfront garbage food… I ordered the phillycheesesteak… It was banging! My friends burger was pretty freakin good also. If u want quality casual food this lace works

Very casual joint. Decent food and drinks. We’ve been here a couple of times and enjoy the casual and relaxed outdoor scenery. It’s on the marina which is nice. You go in through the main bar which reeks of alcohol but the outdoor space is nice. Each time we’ve visited (2 adults 2 children) we’ve spent approx $ 100 (includes about 6 sangrias)

I really wanted to be able to give this place a good review since the view is great and I remember coming here many times as a kid with family. However I was not impressed. I had a good time here catching up with family but that has nothing to do with the restaurant. I’ll give 1 star for the food and 1 star for the view.
The food is decent. Coming from Manhattan where a burger is $ 14 – 16, $ 10 is reasonable. My Bargeburger was good and cooked medium like I requested. My mom got the same but said her medium well burger ended up being well done. Everyone else in my group thought their salads were good.
The drinks were probably the best part of the night. I had white sangria which was good, and others in my group had Long Island iced teas which they said were good. At one point someone in my group ordered a beer on tap and said it didn’t taste fresh.
The service was abysmal– the reason this place only gets 2 stars. Every time we needed something, it took 15 – 30 minutes to get it. Drink refills? 20 minutes. Asking for a waitress to take our order? 30 minutes to even send someone over! I should add the place was not packed. After we were clearly done eating and drinking, it took 1 HOUR for someone to come ask us if we wanted the check. The final 15 minutes of that hour was spent trying to get our waitress’ attention so we could get some kind of service. We finally realized she was way out of it– definitely drunk, because she did not even notice us waving at her while she looked straight through us for 15 minutes, and when she finally came over, she was slurring her words. When she brought the check back she tripped and dropped the check straight in a puddle of water (which was borderline illegible). SO unprofessional!
I wish I could say I’ll be back, but since my family is moving in a week, and that’s the only reason I’d come here, nope.

Great place for lunch on the outdoor deck by the water. I always had a burger which are the best around Today had the Fresh Grilled Tuna on a roll it was amazing Fresh & cooked to a perfect rare. Great staff Cold beer Cant go wrong here just a all round great place. Looking for a local place to sit outside on the water then make the trip here

A good spot to grab a beer and hang out, the deck is great in the summer, my kids love sitting out there and watching the boats, ducks, and fish swim around…
With its location you’d expect the seafood to be fresh but almost all of it looks and tastes like it came frozen out of a bag. The food is average at best and it’s not cheap, that’s the reason for my rating. The servers are very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The bartenders are great too.
They’ve got several screens with sports on inside and there’s also Quick Draw and a lotto machine behind the bar. Looks like they’ve always got live music on the weekends.
Overall a good spot to get crushed and/​or watch a game…

The food is average but you pay for the atmosphere. Great to sit outdoors overlooking the New Rochelle Marina. Wait-​staff tries hard but there is a disconnect with the kitchen. We waited and waited forever for our lunch which was not complicated. Drinks and clams on the half shell came out quickly but lunch took forever. Drinks were pretty strong, which is a good thing, they did not under pour.
Fried fish sandwich was good but the special stuffed shrimp not so much. Very greasy, small shrimp and not much flavor even though there looked like a lot of seasoning in the pool of grease on the plate. All in all I would return because of the view. Parking is also not easy but we lucked out on a Sunday afternoon.

You come here for the view, which is great. The ambiance here is perfect.
The food is just alright. It’s good, but won’t’ surprise you in any way.
Service is sometimes painfully slow, but they are always nice.

Great Neighborhood Hangout. Bartending Staff is Friendly and Accomadating. The food here is classic bar fare and very tasty. Try the wings, they are
the summer the outside deck is a great place to gather with friends and enjoy good drinks and food and the fresh air. Back deck also allows you to check out the marina. If in New Rochelle and just want to relax or catch a local band on a Saturday night I highly recommend Dudley’s.

This bar and restaurant is located right in a marina that connects to Long Island Sound. This place is been here for a lot of decades. on the weekends the place is busy and everybody seems to get there and meet their friends and have a good time there. The food is your usual bar food but they do a nice job of it. It’s a really great place to go in the summer time because it’s really based around the marina.

I usually come to this place for a few drinks and to check out some bands now and then but for this review I will try to stick to the food overall. Now that I’ve mentioned the bands I am sure you can imagine that is does get pretty loud here on weekends especially in the later portion of the night so if you are planning to have a nice quiet meal by the water this is not the place to go. Check the schedule to see who is playing.
The food is pretty much diner style, fried stuff, and bar food. Burgers, fries, sandwiches etc. Most nights I just pick on some appetizers by the bar and have some beers with friends. The cheesy potato skins with bacon and mozzarella sticks are our usual.
If I am eating a meal I usually go for the turkey club or grilled cheese. Can’t really go wrong with that. It’s simple enough and hard to mess up. You can eat outside on the deck and there is a view of the water but it’s mostly obstructed by the doc and all the boats. The drinks are priced well and the bartenders are nice for the most part unless it’s really busy. You may be passed a few times if you aren’t agressive. I like that they hold charity benefits here sometimes. I always support a good cause.
The owner is really nice and she is always there. I beleive she lives right upstairs. Good place for a drink and a snack just for a casual hang out.

This is a cool spot that locals know is great for some fried seafood, a little surf and turf, fried or stuffed oysters and fries/​rice/​baked potato or sweet potato. Great outdoor covered area overlooking the marina. I have come early on Fri or weekday evenings about 6pm and parking is easy. I like the coconut shrimp. try it out its casual, fun and perfect for after work.

We’re new residents of New Rochelle and Dudley’s is literally a 5-​minute walk from our home. I love the vibe… very relaxed. The food is great — I had the stuffed shrimp.
The service is good. We went on a Friday night and the place was jumping… so yes, there’s a bit of a wait for service but I certainly didn’t feel ignored. This is an instant favorite. Can’t wait to return.

You’re paying for the view, let’s be real. They have decent food but it’s overpriced and they run out of things a LOT. Unfortunately, you don’t find this out until long after you have ordered and had your heart set on what you wanted. However, the staff is awesome and accommodating and I will continue to go.

Don’t hold your breath for service. Service is very slow and forgetful. Food just ok. Don’t expect 5 stars. Food is expensive for what you get. I guess being by the «water» gives them the right to jack up the prices. Two simple sandwiches, a small order of fries, 1 hot dog and two beers came up to 60 dollars. Tip: bring your mosquito repellent if you plan to seat outside.

Almost like be at the shore but not traffic on the way home.
Great outside deck, simple menu and everything on it is great.
My husband loves the grilled salmon over salad and has it every time we go there.
It might not look like much but the food and the service are perfect

Nice patio over the water; the staff was friendly and the food ok… A good option for those looking to eat al fresco.

Food is always good no matter the time of year. Summer the deck is open although NR harbor is not the best smelling LOL. Bands on weekends is the best time to meet up with friends for a drink or three

Great baked clams and salads and the feel and view are tranquil with my sweetie.
the staff are so polite, professional, and sincerely friendly, there was a band playing 80’s and 90’s music what a very nice night we had.
Will definitely will be going back soon now that the weather is getting better.

These guys are rude!
I didn’t even get a chance to eat here. A friend of mine was looking to purchase a boat and the owner of the boat said it would be alright for me to step into the back deck and enjoy my lunch.
Despite the lack of business, the emptiness, and me keeping to myself not causing any trouble, the rude waitress says I cannot be there.
A good small business owner would’ve tried to at least entice me by letting me know what the specials are, asking me what I’m eating, offering an alternative in their restaurant and tell me to invite my friends over for lunch since I work less than a quarter mile away.
This is not NYC where homeless people come into restaurants on a regular basis. I was a well dressed and mannered minority.
There are plenty of places to eat in New Rochelle during my lunch hour. This will not be one of them.

A good place to go for steamers and assorted fried seafood. Nothing in the way of ambiance… I think it is basically a biker bar with an outdoor restaurant out back on the marina. Service is good, prices are decent, but this place doesn’t really do it for me.
