Domino’s Pizza

Order online and always have a problem. Order spicy wings with extra blue cheese, they charge you but don’t put it in you bag. If you call these rachet employees will just want to call you a lyre. Always a damn mix up with the food and gone from being a five star to a one or less star.

Absolute worst experience with a food establishment I have ever had. We ordered our pizza at 7:05pm and called after two hours promised the pizza would be there in 15 – 30 minutes. Another hour went by with no pizza. We called multiple times and we placed on hold indefinitely. It took us 30 minutes to even cancel the order.

My order went in at 3:30, the app said it was out for delivery at 4:15, I didn’t get my order until 5:05, the driver didn’t have my receipt and then had the nerve to ask me about a tip. So yes, this is the last time I’m ordering from there.

I don’t think I’ve had this bad of a delivery experience ever. It started when I was ordering on the phone… the guy was extremely hard to understand and he had to ask me for my phone number like 5 times. When we got the food, everything was wrong. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, got a plain cheese. The specialty chicken was actually quite tasty… but not the kind that I ordered. Order from the New Rochelle Papa John’s. Pizza is MUCH better and they’re very friendly on the phone.

Figured I would give you guys a chance. Not again. Online tool was nice but when the tool says delivered and I am still waiting 20 min for the Pizza clearly this is some measurement and it is fudged. I called and they asked me to call back in 5. I called again and they asked me to call back again in 5. I insisted they call the driver with an ETA. Online tool noted it left the store at 7:51 and here I am at 8:44 still waiting. Again, the online tracking tool said it was delivered 20 min ago. Add to this the people on the phone are rude. Says weather is an issue. All the streets are cleared. I can’t wait to enjoy some cold hour late pizza at 9pm…

My boss orders here all the time for the office. So, I often get free slices.
But, growing up in the Bronx, I can’t understand why anyone would order icky chain pizza. I’m new to the New Rochelle scene and I can’t think of a better pizza joint but there HAS to be one. The pizza at Domino’s just tastes bad. I know they «revamped» the ingredients but it tastes like Celeste straight out of the freezer.
In terms of functionality, delivery is always polite and punctual.

After ordering our pizza online, my family waited over an hour for the delivery to arrive. When it did, the pizza was not only cold, but folded over on itself. I called the store, wanting to speak to the manager, was put on hold 6 times over 25 minutes, then was told that the manager «Rodrigo» (whose name was apparently unknown) wasn’t at the store.
Dominos used to be an ok option for when you wanted something relatively quick and easy that wasn’t too expensive. Now its crap quality that takes too long and is too expensive. stay away, there are a lot better choices for pizza. In fact, any choice that isn’t Dominos would be better.

This place delivered the pizzas late and the toppings had slid to the side of the box. Save your money and order from some place else!!!

Does anyone else remember when Domino’s Pizza was the joke of the «fast food pizza industry?» i Do ! With their recent pledges and commercials where they say oh we will bring you a better brand of pizza etc. i guess they have been listening to their customers. Particularly at this location in New Rochelle, a few years back (like i wouldn’t remember your sh*t didn’t stink!) late night at least for them i remember they brought me the wrong order in a 5 5 5 deal plus i had gotten cinna stix and cheesy bread which i consider grown from god himself its thats good. So bringing me two wrong pizza’s and no cheesey bread, got you on my sh*t list for a very long time.
But recently i had some friends over for a football game during the regular season, i decided why not? let’s do a 5 5 5 deal and get cinna stix, cheesy bread and wings. The order came with a sprite, delivered within the 40 minutes they said hot and fresh and all the food was good i couldn’t move, the New Ro location and Domino’s in my opinion has revived and restored itself
