Buffalo Wild Wings

So I’ve been here many times! Today Steph was my server she was very attentive and polite. The food was good. I had the lemon pepper wings with a side of buffalo chips! Yummy !
My cousin had a caesar salad with Boneless teriyaki she says the food was really tasty and the side salad was a great portion and for the price you save money. She also divided the bill by seat and if you’re going out with a picky punch it’s no discrepancy.
The food is a great spot to sit and watch the game, just dine in or take out!
Recommend very casual wear! Not a girls night out place. Drinks and a cute bite to eat!

Whats not to like about this place? Cheap great tasting wings, big screen tvs playing sports all day and alcoholic drinks. Out of the 100x I’ve eaten here, I’ve only had one minor issue with service but she was extremely new and it was a party of 20 so we cant totally blame her. On a busy night you might have to wait a bit but not that long. Good chill spot.

I like coming here for a quick food grab. There’s nothing wrong with this BWW location. I’ve been coming here for years.
Whether I need to grab a bite before or after the movies or just drive here from home real quick it’s a quick stop.
Whether I order takeout or dine in it came be just as quick and pleasant. Nothing spectacular or under serviced. It’s a nice quick food spot for some wings. I usually get mild sauce with spicy garlic on the side.
Their mild sauce is spicy though. I don’t really like most of BWW sauces but that’s just me. The place is good.
Uh their drinks are ok. Nothing crazy. Once again a quick spot.

I personally love BWW because 1. the chipotle BBQ seasoning 2. They show UFC fights!
I have been to this location plenty of times. I always sit down or either take out. This particular visit was good it was an early lunch time so it was not busy at all. The food came out quickly and the server was always available. But I warn you it does get crowded especially on weekends or if there is an important sports event.
If you arrive late and there is a sports event you will wait a WHILE before you get a table. But anyway the food was good. My friend ordered the fried garlic mushrooms and it was good! It was the first time I’ve tried it and it was nice and crispy.
I always order the traditional wings with chipotle BBQ seasoning! I personally LOVE dry seasoning on my wings with french fries. Its perfectly crispy and the seasoning is a little spicy. But i definitely recommend it! The fries are great, normal size and not oily at all! I hate fries that are dripping in oil!
Sometimes when I do order take out depending on how busy it is they will take long but when they tell me whatever the wait is they are always accurate with the timing which i appreciate. The only thing is that when I order take out they ALWAYS forget to put ketchup, napkins and the normal essentials that one would need for take out.
There have been a few times that there was an error on the order but they are always willing to help out and fix it if you bring it up to them.

The location is awesome the food n drinks are great the price is regular, but they only have one male restroom.

I’m a great fan of this chain, but this location is by far the worst around. It’s worth the drive to White Plains or Port Chester for the better service and cleaner atmosphere. The clientele here are also a bit frightening! This spot puts a real negative mark on an otherwise good chain restaurant!

I am only giving 3 stars because I love BWW, but this has to be the worst one I have ever been to.
Service is unbelievably slow, disorganized and sloppy.
Sadly the bar area is small, so I don’t know if I will come back unless they are the only ones with a game on.
Get your act together — you could be such a great destination in this area!

I’ve eaten at a few locations and I like the food, atmosphere, etc… but riddle me why this location (New Rochelle, NY), sent my to go order to the BX WRONG??? My Mom, God bless her, ordered, for me a «shrimp po’boy» to go… long story short, my mouth was not watering for «chicken»! I know my Mother didn’t give my order wrong because she knows I’m OFF THE CHICKEN… I’m just saying, they effed up my to go order and I don’t live down the block where I can just bring it back! #RUINEDMYDINNER #perturbed

It’s conveniently located in New Roc City. However, there are times when they struggle to handle large crowds.

First time to this New Roc location. No wait to be seated at 6:30 pm. Got the black bean nacho burger and fries. Yummy! The bread was so soft and chewy, the southwestern sauce was my favorite part, but the jalapeños hit me after a few bites. Lol. My waitress didn’t even take my drink order, only took my friend’s order and walked away. I was like wtf?! I think she was spread a little thin since she was at the bar and waiting our table as well. Maybe more wait staff would help? My sangria could’ve been a little stronger, felt like I was drinking grape juice.

To start on the positive note, the wings tasted really good. But I’m not sure if I’d return with a deadly combination of such a long line with its sub-​par service.
The wait was long, but I wouldn’t mind it as much if the service improved a bit. I have a mixed feeling about the staff, since the hostess was totally on point, but our waitress was totally aloof. She passed our table 4 times while I waved at her with a credit card to pay the bill. I even told her I wanted the bill when the food came so I can leave as soon as we finished eating. I was almost late to my movie thanks to her, and I get that some waitresses were actually busy working, but it’s not as if my waitress was carrying anything. She was literally walking back and forth while staring at the TV screens.

Not really what it use to be or what I’ve come to expect when I’ve traveled to one of these outside of NY. I really think they take for granted the fact that the commercials, name and expectations attract customers. The experience here wasn’t the best nor one I could be satisfied with.
Below are some suggestions:
*A few more fries served with each order whether fries alone or with a meal
*Blue cheese with blue cheese chunks in it.
*Saturday happy hour
*Not so cold carrots and celery — ice chips were in my dish
*Vegan/​Vegetarian options
*Smiles
*Minimum 2 bartenders at all times
*Manager check on diners
*Napkins and utensils shouldn’t have to be asked for
*Wait staff MUST be more attentive and just a bit quicker to serve
I’m a plant-​based eater so I can’t speak to the food however my 7 year old said it was simply «ok».

Service is AWFUL. Our waitress (Ranaysha) was one of the worst waitresses I’ve ever had to deal with. We gave her our order and she didn’t even write down one of them so I never got my appetizer and then I asked her where was it and she said ‘oh you wanted that?’. Our food took about 30 – 40 minutes to come and it was cold so we had to send a dish back and have it replaced. The service was so horrible that we didn’t even leave a tip and I’ve never done that before. I will not be returning to this location.

The food wasnt too bad. service was ok and thats for the one star. If I can rate this myself it be a –5,.ive never had a margarita that was so disgusting in my life as I did tonight. Was given another and even that one was gross. ruined my night after a great time at the movies… I’ll pass next time and just go back to applebees

I have been here a few times over the last few years, and this place never changes! The service here is so slow!!! It is almost ridiculous! We have been waiting for over an hour for our food! Should of gone to Applebee’s !!!

I feel like whenever I go to this place, my friends and I ask ourselves why did we come here. The drinks and food took forever. When we got the food it was kind of cold, feels like it was just sittin for a «minute». The Waitress was very sweet so ill throw them an extra star.

Like another Unilocaler previously wrote, I usually go to the BWW in Forest Hills but I was in this area today so decided to try it out.
Came here (today) on a Saturday at 3:00PM. The place was very empty. The hostess took us to our booth, gave us the menus, and walked away. It was 3:16 when we sat down. At 3:26, we still had not one person come over and bring us water or introduce themselves as our server. I had to flag someone down who then got someone else to serve us. When our server finally did show up, she rushed us completely as if she had other things to do that were more important. We ordered our food and when it finally came out, she literally walked past the table, basically slid the food to us, and walked away rapidly while mumbling ‘enjoy’ under her breath. I can understand if it was a busy time, but there were literally about 10 servers walking around and the place was not crowded AT. ALL.
No one ever came to check on us and I had to once again flag someone else down and ask for our check. We paid with a credit card, and our server ended up bringing back someone else’s receipt to us. This may seem harmless, but if a credit card receipt gets into the wrong hands, someone could leave a massive tip on the other persons card. U never know what could happen. We brought it to the servers attention and she looked annoyed. She brought us our correct receipt.
All in all, would not go back.

It’s a chain. Don’t expect gourmet. Expect fried stuff slathered in sauces.
Totally fine as long as you manage expectations.
I sat at a high top in the bar area last week — was by myself and decided to eat a crappy dinner (as in fried stuff slathered in sauce…). The service was very nice — you can tell that part of the training is to upsell, but you can’t blame the wait staff for that. I used to wait tables in a chain restaurant and the bigger the bill, the happier the management.
I stuck to a beer (vanilla porter… just OK) and 10 wings. First, I’ve only been to a Buffalo Wild Wings one or two other times — ever… so I don’t have much experience with this particular chain. I learned that they only fry their wings and nuggets (was hoping for grilled… but I managed my expectations… repeat after me…:“expect fried stuff slathered in sauces”.)
No biggie. So, the sauces get progressively hotter as you look down the menu of choices. I decided to try the Mango Habanero (and was warned that it’s REALLY hot) — but only half of my order… the other half was non-​spicy sweet BBQ sauce.
I’m able to handle quite a lot of heat… but yes… the Mango Habanero is definitely hot. It’s quite delicious — very sweet initially and then the heat sneaks up on you. My mouth was on FIRE and I liked it! Then… I think the fumes from the sauce got up to my eyes… I was literally crying and my nose filled up… it was disgusting. Good thing I wasn’t on a first date and was in a darkish corner of the bar area. Thankfully I had plenty of napkins. The sweet BBQ wings were a welcome finish to the fiery beginning.
My only issue was that the wings were not terribly hot (temperature-​wise) when they arrived.
Lots of TVs with various sports games all over the place.
All in all, it was a decent experience. Don’t expect low calorie/​low fat options. Expect fried stuff slathered in sauces. Some sauces will make you cry (in a good way).

My bf and I got seated. Nobody came to introduce themselves and ask if we would like a drink, we waited 8 minutes before we asked the host if anybody was going to attend us. Someone seated behind us was complaining cause nobody had taken their order. About 6 minutes later the waiter Kaam came and we told her out drink order. She took like 5 minutes to come back. She caught an attitude cause I stopped her about 10 minutes later and told her we were ready to order. The wings and potato fried took about 30 minutes to come out. We had to ask for napkins and water refills. I liked the wings, the potato fries weren’t fully cooked some were raw in the middle. Horrible service. (Thoughts: maybe the restaurant lights are so dim because the restaurant is dirty) hmm.

Eating here was a matter of convenience since my party and I were already in the area. I’ve never eaten here before so the three starts are for the food only. The Spinach Artichoke dip & chips were really good and so was my entrée which was a Chicken Wrap. Prices are very reasonable (our bill came up to $ 120 with 7 people) and the wait time was about 10 minutes, which is great considering it was a Saturday night and we had a big party.
Unfortunately this place sucks in the customer service department. I’m not sure if it’s due to the location or what, but service doesn’t seem to have a high standard here. Also, our table & chairs were dirty (I hate dining in a dirty restaurant) and we weren’t given any utensils and napkins. Like, why should we be begging for essentials?
Although this location was out of the way for me, I don’t see myself visiting any other location. It doesn’t seem worth it.
