One is being generous. Dispatcher is a real jerk and gets the address wrong every time. They think it’s a bus not a taxi and pick up two or three other people on the way. New Rochelle law says one taxi one customer with the meter. Doesn’t happen here.

My disabled daughter called for a ride to her friends house a few blocks away. When the service provider answered he was rude and extremely disrespectful. He told her, «that’s close enough, you can walk». Although he didn’t know she was disabled and her friends house is close, she is on crutches and is incapable of walking there. He shouldn’t have assumed she was able to do this. why else would she be calling for a cab? I am extremely offended by the way he spoke to her. DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE.

The worst company ever! I was calling them for 10min and nobody was answering the phone and when they finaly did they said the cab will be right a way ans i was waiting for 15mi.

Horrible taxi service!!! Diff prices ever time !! Horrible smelly drivers !! Overweight drivers that don’t stop talking just gross !!! If I could I would give –2 stars
