Great company. Considerate… smart (which is in short supply in this industry). On time on budget. I am warm when its cold out and cool when it’s hot out. My system was a mess before I called James Black at Blackstone Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.

The owners name is supposedly Jim Black, but when I called for him he wasn’t in. Been hours did not receive a call back. Next day still no call back. This Really speaks volumes about the ownership of this company. Then someone called me from the company called me and said they had witnesses that I hit him. Are you guys for real ??? Like I said do not trust your business or residence to this business they lack the professionalism. K
