I can honestly say that Aqua play pools and spas service is by far the best service I’ve ever had! They treat you like family. Other companies tried to charge me large amounts of money for something that wasn’t even a problem. They have great prices and tons of items in stock, I have recommended other people to them and I will continue to do so.

I would NOT recommend using this company AT ALL. We purchased a pool from them five years ago, had a new lining installed this year and the pool collapsed a few days later because it was installed improperly. I called and spoke to Joe and he said there was nothing he could do about it. How can you not take responsibility for installing something wrong? He said because he hired a third party to install it, he was not liable. The third party said they weren’t liable as well and I’m basically stuck with an empty pool. Totally unreliable (took weeks for them to assess the damage), and unprofessional. Would not recommend this company to anyone, I will be calling better business bureau.
