the coach was not ready, generator had to be replaced took three hours, when we got to our location used the toilet turned on the pump the valves for the fress water system were open all the water pumped out the back of the coach. that night the heater quite working along with the ac called and had too remove panel outside and reset. Needless to say not at all happy with the service. I don’t recommend this outfit I rent once a year will be looking for another place next year.
