This company is a HUGE scam! They tell you they’re giving you ‘just an estimate’ for lawn services, then the next thing you know, they show up repeatedly when you’re not home, claim they did the work (which they do not), then ridiculously bill you non stop. Forget complaining-​they ignore you & just continue their illegal fraudulent antics! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I’m a stay-​at-​home mom to a 5 month old baby. We have a large breed dog who spends the majority of the time outdoors. It can be hard to juggle both at once. This company made 4 visits to my house without giving me proper notice. They just showed up and began working. Luckily I was home and was able to set down my baby who began screaming and wrangle the dog inside while they were already to work mowing.
I called them and requested that they give me a heads up before they come out to our property. They told me that it was impossible to do so and they would come on Thursdays.
Last week they came on Friday with no notice. This week the came on Wednesday with no notice. What happened to Thursdays?
We live in the age of technology. It is not impossible to notify your customers via text, email, call, etc, that they are sending out a crew that day and give an approximate time or time frame.

On 2 occasions this company has performed services that were not authorized by me. They make assumptions that if you’ve done a service in the past, you automatically want to have that service again in the future, and if you request information about a particular service, they make the assumption that you are authorizing that service. Most recently (May 2013), I requested a price quote for a core aeration through their website. I received a voice message about a week later saying they recommend waiting until the fall and that we would discuss it later in the year. On August 13 I came home to find my entire lawn had been aerated. I never spoke directly with the company nor authorized the service, and I never even received the price quote before the service was performed! I immediately called and had to leave a voice message and have still not received a call back (Aug 30). I have requested that they never step foot on my property again.
