They do not honor the business hours posted. Twice I called ahead and was told the store was open until the hour advertised and twice no one was at the store when I arrived well before scheduled closing.
Unbelievably unprofessional!
I met another customer at the entrance with the same complaint who also called ahead.
I wonder if the owner/​management is aware that their employees leave work early. Are they getting paid for a full day’s work? I hope not!
When I worked retail, we were not allowed to lock up until closing time and we had to provide service to any customers remaining in the store. Then we were allowed close. After that we worked to clean and prepare for the next business day. That’s how to run a retail business.
