Amazing experience! By the time I was out of the airport, the driver was already there waiting for me. The level of professionalism made me feel like a movie star. My bags were immediately taken care of, carefully placed in the trunk, and the guy even opened the door for me before I got into the car (what a gentleman!). He drove at a good speed, didn’t make any rough turns, and the whole experience was very pleasant. Anything I asked for he did with a smile (turn down the AC, radio). The car itself was immaculate and the driver was dressed very professionally. I would definitely book them for my next trip!

Took this company to and from the airport for our family vacation. The driver on the way to the airport arrived at our house early and was very helpful loading the baggage. The car was a brand new Lincoln crossover that my son liked very much. Even told me I should get one. On the way back our flight was delayed. I called to inform them and the dispatcher already knew what time we were arriving. When we finally landed 3 hours late the driver was waiting by baggage with the same great service. Awesome!!! Kept the missing from complaining about the delay! Lol now when I don’t want to take the train to NYC I call them the night before and there’s my car waiting, just the way it should be!!! #cookingcavemanstyle #ungabunga

The driver picked us up late in an old run down Lincoln with duct tape holding the moulding on the front bumper, the seats were ripped, the weather strip around the back door was falling into the car… While driving on Route 280, NOT paying attention to the stopped traffic, he almost plowed into the traffic at 70 miles per hour. When I asked him to slow down and to pay attention that we do not feel safe he became very angry and pulled accross 2 lanes of traffic and told us to get out of his car on in rush hour on Route 280 in Newark. This happened while I was on the phone with the company. They instructed him to drive us to New York.
If you are a fan of being terrorized by a car service by all means use this company. I WILL NOT!
