Martindale-Hubbel C O Lexis-Nexis

Martindale-​Hubbell site is totally unreliable, discredited site and you should not go by their rating system. Basically it is a dishonest scheme to only allow positive reviews be posted for their well paying attorney customers.
I have been misrepresented and tried to post a review. They have not posted my negative review of my lawyer, nor have they contacted me.
I have only learned a few weeks later that they invalidate such reviews for any reason, then if you try to resubmit another one they will invalidate based on fact that they allow only 1 review per 12 months. What a joke it is really. I have contacted Petty there and really felt like being scammed myself. And guess what — my lawyer was their customer…
Avoid at all costs. Even attorneys review it in similiiar fashion. Money making scheme, no credibility whatsoever…

MH is a part of Lexis Nexis. Matthew Bender is another division of Lexis Nexis. Noticing a credit on our MH account, and owing a small amount on the Bender one, I called customer service this afternoon to figuring out if I could apply one to the other. Lonnie on the phone told me to fax her and provided me with the information required. She said she would directly handle this and make sure my request was sent to the appropriate person in A/​R. Thank you for making my life a little easier today!

My small law office contracted with Lexis-​Nexis /​Martindale-​Hubbell to build us a website, optimize the website, and help us with overall marketing. Having had to deal with these companies over the past two years, I would never recommend or again use Lexis-​Nexis /​Martindale – Hubbell. Their sales team is very good at selling. However, the tech support and customer support (Joanna, Barbara, etc.) are rude, slow, and inefficient. They tell you one thing and then do another. If you are a smaller law office — beware — they’ll sell you a contract for services and then not uphold their end of the contract.
