I was having issues with my A/​C and called US Air Conditioning to take a look at it. My technician Brian M, couldn’t have been more polite and knowledgeable! He explained the issue thoroughly and promptly did the repair at a fair price. These guys are awesome!

The service tech harassed my two elderly parents and had no right to threaten their freedom as citizens over changing an air condition unit. The manager Jerry didn’t care to apologize or fix the situation. Instead my mother was threatened for changing her A/​C company, but not changing the services from US Air. For them to threaten two 75 year old people about going to jail over not having an AC permit (A hired company did all the work) is over the top, I will be going further by firing them and pursuing a legal case for the pain and suffering my parents went through.
