I came in on Saturday 4⁄19 around 1230 and the girl working eased some of my moving stress. She had a great idea for protecting my large couch. I bought two covers and I am going to put one on top, then one on bottom, and tape them together. She helped me with a truck, boxes, and the cover. She was nice enough to carry the large box bundle to my car and fit it in for me.
I did not want to buy boxes, but getting them 2 – 5 at a time from stores got annoying fast. I am glad I came here. Very nice.

Was forced to buy the $ 10 insurance, under the claim that it was «policy.» I accepted as I thought I had no choice. After going to another U-​Haul provider just the other day to rent one again, the desk person said the insurance was 100% optional.
I feel very ripped off after being told that it is a requirement, only to learn that it is optional. This is a shady way to increase your sales numbers.
