Neil is a crook! He stole my $ 1500 deposit! He never even put my order in. He scammed a bunch of others claiming he was ill. He turned his phone off. The manufacturing company knows about this, and is getting his information to all the customers he scammed. He has VERY BIG PROBLEMS coming his way. He messed with the wrong guy here… NEIL, I hope you see this. I am coming after you with all I have, and apparently I have a lot more money than you to screw your whole day up. I’m taking this personal. I know where you live. You have one and only one chance to pay me back within 48 hours, or you are fucked seven ways to Sunday. You have my number asshole.

I really wanted to give this place a good review, I really did. But I just can’t. Here’s why:
1) These took a good 3 – 4 weeks longer to ship than originally quoted in a (extremely helpful) response email.
2) They arrived missing the hinge pins, with a decent sized black mark on one of the shutters that will not come off.
3) The instructions for assembly are not everything hopes and dreams are made of.
4) Communication with Neil is downright torturous.
5) I sent an email two days ago, basically throwing my hands up, with STILL uninstalled shutters, begging for him to just at least send us the pins. No response.
They get two stars because other than the black mark, they seem nice. My original emails to Neil (while trying to figure out what to order) were answered fairly promptly and he was super informative. Once you pay him, though, he gone.
