Would have given them more stars, but 5 is the max. I called from WI to have flowers sent to a friend in the hospital. Gary took my order, had the cube vase and suggested a colorful combo. Afterward I noticed another post from her that mentioned the lack of toilet paper; I called Gary back and he agreed to create a special side gift — a roll of tp. She texted a photo, the flowers are gorgeous and the tp was stunning dressed in pink cellophane with a big bow! They really cheered her and gave a laugh. I can’t thank you enough, Gary and Ibritz Flower, you are stupendous!!!

I live in California, so telephoned and arranged for flowers to be delivered to my mother. The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and professional. The flowers were delivered as promised and they lasted a while. My mom was very happy with the entire experience!
