Good sandwiches. They make your food to order so you can get whatever you want however you want it. They give you a lot of bang for your buck. Yum.

I’m from Boston and it is torture trying to find a half way decent places for even the simplest of foods. It’s appearance inside is no frills but overlooking that they make a hell of a sub and salad. There’s lots of sub shops, dime a dozen but if you want quality and quantity check it out. I’m relieved to have a go to place, finally.

I’ve had subs from here many times, they are always on point. This is a great local business run by great people. My service from them has always been wonderful and the food is great.
It’s not a fast food place — that should be appreciated.
My recommendation is «The Smokestack »

Good sandwiches fast… owner (I can only assume) was very nice and attentive and reminded me they delivered (just bought a building around the corner).
I had a pressed Cuban and my daughter had the pressed Italian… both very good.
As far as the bad review below… I deal w the public (on a worldwide basis) and can tell you that you can’t please everyone… so I looked at the guy from NY’s other reviews… Its everything thing in NY is great and everything in NPR is slow and he had to wait!
I have feeling that 20 minutes was more like 3 or 4… I deal with it everyday. Lol

Horrible customer service. Stood at counter for 10 minutes and not one of the 4 people behind the counter even addressed me. Nothing. I’m on a 30 minute lunch. Complete lack of respect for their customers.

My experience was terrible went there Saturday to pick up order i was only customer there at the time. there was 4 employees working none of which acknowledged my presence stood there inches away from them for a few minutes and waited till employees stopped aguring about some plain bag of chips one employee was taking home after work, clerk obviously had an attitude while slamming other employees food on counter before he left. Finally after all that she asked if I needed help. should have walked out then! Totally un-​professional while customer wait till drama is over… food was mediocre and over priced. club sub 7.99 add bacon for 2bks more for two slices of precooked bacon from sams club.11 inch sub for 11 bks. c’mon u serious! Could have went to subway and double the footlongs. Never again…

Family went here today due to disappointment of a neighbouring business. We don’t miss the snow in NY but do miss the subs. Tried this place and it was fantastic! So much on one sub you can’t finish but half. Taste great, freshly sliced in front of you and staff is so Friendly. Place was very clean. Our picky son even ate all his food and he’s hard to please. I highly recommend going here, try any and everything on the menu, you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back :-)

This was my first visit to the Grand Deli… I’m glad I gave it a try.
This place is in a small strip mall that I had passed by many times. It never caught my eye and I wonder how often others go by the same way missing this little gem.
It looks like it is run by a husband and wife team that were very friendly during my visit. I ordered a six inch sandwich with all their fixings…
So the meat is cut fresh and your sandwich is hand crafted… all the toppings were fresh and tasty. The bread, which is the cornerstone of a deli sandwich, was soft and chewy… excellent taste.
The sandwich was very reasonably priced and well worth the $ 4.50. This place pulls the coveted five star.

Great spot! Awesome sliced to order subs. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
I have recently discovered the sloppy reuben, it is now my favorite sandwich.
We call ahead for pick up. An owner seems to always be at the counter which really gives it a family feeling.
Stop by if you’re a local or just visiting. You will not be disappointed.
