Cheri Bloom Bridal and Formalwear

I went to Cheri Bloom to get my tux for the 2012 Sleek and Sexy Charity Event. They have a large selection. For me, it was a bit overwhelming. Im not super fancy, and I felt really uncomfortable. I was lucky enough to have Katie work with me through the process of choosing my tux, making sure it fit properly and seeing that it was the style that worked best for me. She was great.
I was torn on this one. I dont have much experience with this type of service, so I didnt really know how to base my rating. What pushed me to a 5-​star? When my tux came in, the shoes were a little scuffed. (I wouldnt have noticed or cared) However, they did. It was important to them that the entire outfit looked perfect. They got a new pair of shoes over-​nighted for me.
I thought it was impressive that they didnt let that little detail slide. That paired with the great customer service I received from Katie is what earned them a 5-​star.
Ill be back next time I have to get fancified.
