I would never buy anything from this place. I did my homework before going to this store. I got the pricing for everything I was looking for by calling Verizon. They were very nice and informative. I asked them if I would have any issues getting the pricing in a store and they told me no. I didn’t mention to the salesman that I already spoke to Verizon for pricing. He proceeded to give me inflated prices for everything. He never mentioned the fathers day sale until I asked him about it. Then he proceeded to tell me that it really isn’t a deal that I just get a rebate card. I explained that wasn’t what I was told. He never would put anything on paper for me to see pricing. He just kept spitting out random numbers which didn’t help the cause. The manager came over and said that the pricing that I was asking for didn’t exist and they couldn’t do anything. I landed up going to the corporate store and got exactly what I was quoted and more. I intended to only get the iphone 6 with 6 shared gigs of data. I got 2 iphone 6 plus’s with 10 gigs to share and it was still cheaper than what this store was trying to sell me. Stay away from authorized retailers, expecially this one. They make it up as they go along.

Can I rate this less than a 1? This store is the worst and Verizon is the worst. The salesmen don’t care what you want, they just show you what they need to get rid of. They don’t take the client into consideration. I’ve been told on the phone to go to my local Verizon and of course they can’t do what I was told to go there for. There is no system when they get busy, so you don’t know what to do. And sorry, but it takes more than a cappuccino machine to make me happy. I’m there for their overpriced Family Plan. Which I even get a discount due to my husband employer, but the bill is outrageous. Can’t wait to be done with this«contract» Also don’t fall for the new«cloud» feature. Where you can sit on a beach and access your information. I’m sitting in front of my computer and can’t get anyone to help me access the cloud… what makes me think I could access or would even want to access it on the beach. I can’t find anyone to help me. 15 hours to get videos and photos off my phone and no one can help me still. I’m at an hour and 12 minutes today and headed to my 4th person. The only option I have is to delete all my information. My teenager who wants a career in computers can’t figure it out either. Don’t fall for it, and every time I update cloud, it charges me more money. It got stuck syncing with my computer yesterday and made me upgrade and pay more money to finish. WHAT A SCAM. I used to do this in minutes. When you have to keep going up and up in the troubleshooting line and no one can help… not something I want on my phone. OH, and the icing on the cake. There are documents in the«cloud» that were created on my computer and had nothing to do with my phone… many, many documents, not just one. Why are all of these in the«Verizon Cloud». I want out of the cloud and back on the ground.

This store has never done me wrong. There is comfortable waiting and browsing areas. The store took over an old CVS about 2 years ago roughly. The service is friendly and all different personality types. For the people waiting, the seating is comfortable and the décor is is unique and interesting and very Verizon like. The staff are very very friendly and would do anything for you to make you happy. There is even a cappuccino and coffee machine that also makes tea, hot chocolate, expresso. Went into the store today to deactivate one phone and activate another. Loving my new Droid ultra
