This is a very non professional place. The owner is making a living off his deceased wife. She was so talented. He is also tattooing with not an artistic bone in his body. He gave my daughter (just 18) the worst tattoo on her inner wrist. She wanted a memorial of her father and all she got was two awful looking wings with his initials printed below them. The initials actually looked like this; M.T. He actually charged her $ 50! Crook! I cried. I recommend a shop in Dover behind the Drug Mart! Jessica Haney is a true artist!
