This was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax and she made it a great experience. Every step was explained to me and she kept up a fun conversation. I walked in nervous and left feeling very comfortable with her. She also uses natural products that left my skin feeling good and smooth (I have very sensitive skin).
The atmosphere was perfect to me. She has a chill hippy vibe with chakra posters, incense burning and yoga-​esque music playing in the background. Its everything you would expect from a New Paltz shop and more. The price is very reasonable for a wax (I did a lot of online shopping before I scheduled an appointment) and I look forward to my next visit.
