I had a horrible here experience recently. After struggling through the front door (which opens outward) with a heavy double load of laundry in my arms, I set the basket down on the counter (there being no other obvious place to put it). The woman who works there immediately became verbally abusive, quickly escalating from sarcastic remarks to outright yelling at me for putting my basket of ‘nasty-a*s dirty clothes’ on the same counter where she was folding an order for a motel or something. I didn’t stay to do my laundry and I will never go back there again. If you are a large institutional customer, you may be treated well there, but if you are just an ordinary mortal, don’t count on it.
