I gave 1 because you cannot give zero.
This guy is a joke.
Tore apart my house and told the buyer my garage was going to fall apart.
Said water was causing my brick to push out.
Said to add a connector to 2 breakers in the breaker box… Not Code.
Had 3 hours to do a 1500 square foot house and took nearly 5 cooking up illogical ways to pick apart my house.
Thanks for marking my water heater being turned to high… I live there and I know where it needs to be and for the observation of 1 ft length of my mulch bed that touched my siding by 1 inch.
Nearly cost the buyer a nice house and you cost me $ 450 dollars for a structural engineer to say you had no clue what you were talking about.
If I can save one person money it’s worth it… do NOT Hire this guy.
