Just your average small town pizza joint. Nothing to scream about. The food its good as it the value. You won’t be disappointed. You just don’t need to go out of your way to go here. They do make their own sub rolls using the same dough as they make the pizza with. That is common in the area of places that make their own dough.

While my son loves this place my daughter ordered a veggie sub once and it had meat on it, the waitress said«We always put meat on our veggie subs.» TRUESTORY!

Pizza Garden is a great little pizza shop just outside the New Oxford square on Route 30. I grew up nearby and when I am back in town I always go there for the subs, a slice or two and some mozzarella sticks. The best thing about the subs is the bread, which they bake there so it is always fresh and delicious. The cheese steaks are my usual sub which are a little skimpy on the meat, but they are sooo good. The cold cut and Italian subs are great and I always bring an extra back to NJ for work on Monday(and the bread isn’t soggy). If you are driving through New Oxford you should definately stop here for lunch/dinner, you won’t be disapointed.
