I recently went here and purchased a phone. On October 7^th to be exact. My old phone was not charging and I was told it was broken I could either buy a new one or a «good as new» refurbished phone. since I am about 10 months away from my contract being up I chose to buy a refurbished phone until it’s time for an upgrade. I was sold a piece of garbage phone. Nowhere near «good as new’ I was NEVER told that refurbished phones are «as is» and it doesn’t state that anywhere on my receipt either!!! First I had trouble communicating with my fitbit device, which uses Bluetooth. Then yesterday it started to shut off on its own. Finally today it shut off and when I turned it back on it was a blank screen. I went back to the store and told them the issue. First I was told they couldn’t replace it or return it due to this policy I knew nothing about. Then since I was 2 days past the 14 day return policy I couldn’t get a refund either so I was pretty much stuck. Then I was told they could give me another reoplacement phone. Then after the salesperson disappeared to the back she had someone else look at the phone who then said it was water damaged. I take very good care of my phones… I am not one of those people who put it on the table in a restaurant or on the bar it is in my pocketbook. At work it is in my pocket or my desk! It is never exposed to water. So then the sales lady changes her mind and says since its waterdamaged she can’t even exchange it and I would have to purchase another phone!!! I was sold a waterdamaged phone from them and they accused me of damaging it! So I took my phone walked out put my sim card back in my old phone and I am out $ 150 dollars. What an absolute disgrace of a store. They sell you garbage!!! Word of mouth is a powerful thing and I plan on sharing my experience with everybody I know!

Very helpful staff offering good deals. Convenient location in local strip mall — more personal service than a larger chain store. Recently updated to IPhone 6. Love it!
