My fiancé bought my engagement ring here about 2 months ago and we are both extremely happy with the customer service we received. Even after the purchase when I had to go back to have it resized, and another time I brought it in to be cleaned, they were so kind and helpful!

HORRIFIC experience!!! Apparently I didn’t live up to Linda’s expectations as a customer. I needed a ring sized and she wouldn’t even look for the proper ring size for me. She instead tossed the sizer at me and said you have it. I cannot even believe how incredibly crude and snobby this woman was and this folks, is their management. Poor choice. Strike that, atrocious choice. Sure way to lose customers. Oh, and take a look at the other reviews about the same in-​store nastiness…
I went across the street to Paul’s instead. He will have all my future business. Great guy. Great service.

3÷8÷15− Well I went here last Saturday AM, to have a battery replaced in my watch, which I’ve done several times before. There was only one other person in the store and two or three people to help us. The person who waited on me usually changes the battery right on the spot, but with an attitude decided to make me wait and drop it off, OK whatever…(it only takes a few minutes)
So; I said I would be back Wednesday, today to pick it up.
Today the same clerk with her snotty attitude hands me the watch; and I looked at it and I mentioned: this is the first time that they didn’t even correct the date or time. She could care less!
The cost was reasonable $ 10, but the lack of respectful for customer service, will probably cause me to look elsewhere in town to have this done next time. Furthermore; I will definite shop elsewhere when it comes to purchasing a piece of fine jewelry too!
