Terrible food and some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The drive thru takes between 15 – 45 mins. The employees could care less about you or their job. They always mess up our simple order. Skip this place and drive across the road to Burger King!

I think I saw the same manager (Amie) today. As a tour manager I dropped 30 passengers at MacDonald. The manager Amie was yelling at the employees, the poor cashier almost cried because of her, and when a client asked for an extra spoon-all they wanted was to share the sandea, she yelled at them, and said that one spoon per ice cream. When I asked for kids toys for purchase, the cashier said its for sale, and the manager (Amie) started to scream at him. I asked for iced coffee. she claimed that I didn’t have more then 15 paying clients (lie), and refused to comp me.
I never going to stop there. ever!!! this place is not bus friendly, and not friendly at all.

So, I brought a bus load of people to your restaurant and instead of asking for a free meal for a bus driver, I asked for a warm up in my coffee and the manager, aka the coffee Natzi, said I couldn’t have a warm up because I didn’t the coffee at your McDonald’s. thanks for nothing. I will tell all my friends that drive bus and usually stop at your McDonald’s to stop coming to your restaurant and go to the Burger King across the street instead. I also want to point out that I am the Asst. Manager for the bus company I am driving for today and will tell all my employees not to stop here. it looks like the dollar coffee you refused to give me just cost you thousands. I was here at 745 Saturday 4÷25÷15
